The Festival recommends using the Adobe PDF application form listed below for completing and printing your application to this year's show. Once you open the form, it can be fill in on your computer. However, you cannot save the data on the form so once you have completed the form, print out a copy for submission to the show and print a copy for your records. If you are not ready to fill out the form right away, you can save the form to your computer and fill it out at your convenience. Please read thoroughly the instructions for applying to the Bel Air Festival for the Arts. The instructions are also available in both Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word Document formats. It is recommended that you print out the instructions and keep them with your records.
