NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS ...

Applications and instructions for the 2008 Bel Air Festival for the Arts will only be available on-line through this website. The application and instructions will be made available in two formats.

1. The preferred method is to use Adobe PDF Reader to access your application and instructions. The application form can be saved to your computer and can be filled in using your computer. Please follow the directions for filling out the form carefully. If your computer does not have the software on it, Adobe Reader can be downloaded for free from the Adobe website. If you need the reader software, please click on the PDF icon to the right or click on the link listed below.

2. The application and instructions are also available in Microsoft Word document format. They were created using MS Word 2000. You can download the Word document to your computer, but the form cannot be filled in using your computer. You will need to fill in the form by hand.
